摘要
目的 探讨CT仿真膀胱内窥镜成像技术的临床应用价值。材料和方法 对17例患者的膀胱充盈高密度造影剂,然后行螺旋CT容积扫描。17例中12例经静脉注射造影剂,半小时后进行扫描;另4例经导尿管注入造影剂后立即扫描。将获得的容积数据经软件处理成仿真内窥镜影像,并与膀胱镜及手术结果比较。结果 CT仿真膀胱内窥镜能够显示膀胱内壁、输尿管口及憩室内壁。9例膀胱移行上皮细胞癌中,仅1例病灶呈广泛粟粒状而漏诊。另1例膀胱炎亦漏诊。结论 CT仿真膀胱内窥镜可作为膀胱镜的补充手段,有其一定的优越性,尤适用于不宜做膀胱镜检查者。
Objective To investigate the clinical applications of CT virtual cys-toseopy. Materials and methods Helical CT scan was carried ont in 17 patients(6 nornal bladder. 9 carcinoma of the urinary bladder, I bladder cystitis, I blodder divertieuli) . An enhanced scan was performed in 13 patients with a delay of 30 min alter intravenous injection of contrast medium. 4 patients filled the bladder with 200 - 300ml 1 % Angiographen by catheter. These Volume scan data were transfered to a separated computer workstation and reconstructed. The resulls were then compared with the cystoscopie and operative findings. Results CT virtual cystoscopy could show the normal anatomical structures of the urinary bladder. All lesions of the bladder were delected In 1 1 patients except 2, and proved by cystoscopy. Condusion CT rirtal cysloscopy may represent a useful adjunet to cysloscopy in the bladder examination.
