蓝科肤宁预防化疗药物致化学性静脉炎的效果观察

Effect of Blue Cape Skin Better on Prevention of Chemotherapy Phlebitis Caused by Chemotherapy Drugs

目的观察蓝科肤宁湿敷对化疗药物致化学性静脉炎的防护作用。方法将74例患者按照入院的单、双日分为两组:蓝科肤宁组41例采用蓝科肤宁湿敷进行干预,喜疗妥组33例采用喜疗妥外涂进行干预。干预前后,两组均观察血管外观变化及静脉炎发生情况,并评估血管的清晰度、充盈度及弹性;并评估患者的舒适度。结果蓝科肤宁组静脉炎发生率10%,喜疗妥组静脉炎发生率33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在血管的清晰度、充盈度及弹性方面,蓝科肤宁组均高于喜疗妥组(P<0.05);蓝科肤宁组疼痛患者少于喜疗妥组(P<0.05)。结论早期应用蓝科肤宁湿敷或喜疗妥外涂,对化疗药物致化学性静脉炎均起到较好的防护作用,但蓝科肤宁湿敷更容易被患者接受,防护效果优于喜疗妥外涂。

Objective To observe the protective effect of Blue Cape Skin Better on fluorouracil induced phlebitis through wet dressing. Methods Seventy-four patients were divided into Blue Cape Skin Better group with 41 patients by wet dressing and Hirudoid group, in which 33 patients were coated with Hirudoid. The vascular changes in appearance and phlebitis before and after the intervention were observed and the clarity, fullness and elasticity of vascular and the patient ’s comfort were assessed. Results The incidence of phlebitis in Blue Cape Skin Better group was significantly lower than that in Hirudoid group （10%v.s. 33%, P＆lt;0.05）, and the clarity, fullness and elasticity of vascular and patient ’s comfort in Blue Cape Skin Better group were better than those in Hirudoid group. Conclusion Early application of Blue Cape Skin Better or Hirudoid can prevent Fluorouracil induced phlebitis effectively, but there is more obvious effect with wet dressing of Blue Cape Skin Better, which is more easily accepted by patients.
