摘要
中小学校长培训是我国教育干部培训的重要组成部分。原有的教育模式在师资、课程、学习形式、考核方式等方面存在过于单一和低效的问题,浪费大量的教育成本。对此,需要积极探索和构建师资多元、课程多元、学习形式多元、考核和评价方式多元的教育模式,逐步提升中小学校长培训的效能。
The headmaster training is an important part of the education of cadres training in China. The original mode of education are too single and inefficient in its teaching, curriculum, learning, assessment methods and so on. It's a waste of the cost of education. In this regard, we need to timely explore and construct a new mode of education with the multiple teaching curriculum, learning, diverse forms of assessment and evaluation methods, in order to gradually raise the headmaster training effectiveness.
