论中西医对子宫内膜癌术后绝经综合征认识

Discussion on TCM and Western Medicine on Endometrial Cancer Postoperative Menopausal Syndrome

子宫内膜癌术后的患者出现绝经综合征,中医认为主要与肾虚有关,同时还涉及到心肝脾的功能失调。故中医多以补肾为治疗大法,同时兼顾调理心肝脾。西医则认为其可能与卵巢激素失调、氧化应激损伤、细胞因子的变化及社会心理有关,性激素治疗(HT)是目前的主要治疗方法,但越来越多的非激素疗法正被人们广泛接受。

TCM believes that the etiology of menopausal syndrome in patients with endometrial carcinoma is based on kidney deficiency, combined with dysfunction of the heart, the liver and the spleen. They choose tonifying kidney as the main treatment method. Meanwhile regulating the heart, the liver and the spleen is also important. Etiology in Western medicine may be related to ovarian hormone imbalance, oxidative stress injury, changes of cell factor and social psychology. At present, hormone therapy （ HT ） is the main treatment to menopausal syndrome in patients with endometrial carcinoma. But a growing number of non hormone therapy is widely accepted by people.
