加味资生丸治疗脾肾阳虚型肝硬化腹水临床观察

Clinical Observation of Zisheng Pill in Treatment of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency Type of Cirrhosis Ascites

目的:观察加味资生丸治疗脾肾阳虚型肝硬化腹水患者的临床疗效。方法:将70例肝硬化腹水患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各35例。两组均采用西医基础治疗方案,治疗组加用加味资生丸,每次6?g,每日3次,4周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后血清白蛋白变化、白/球比值、中医证候积分、生活质量评分。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者用药后血清白蛋白含量、白/球比值、中医证候积分、生活质量评分均有改善。与对照组比较,治疗组用药后患者血清白蛋白含量、白/球比值、中医证候积分、生活质量评分均改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味资生丸治疗脾肾阳虚型肝硬化腹水疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Zisheng Pill in the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type cirrhosis ascites. Methods ： 70 patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency type cirrhosis ascites were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group （n=35）. Two groups both used western medicine foundation treatment, and the treatment group added Zisheng Pill, 6 grams for each time, 3 times a day, 4 weeks as a course, treating for 2 course. Two groups serum albumin change, white/ball ratio, TCM syndrome integral, quality of life scores were compared before and after treatment. Results ： Compared with those before treatment, two groups patients serum albumin content, ratio of white/ball, the TCM syndrome integral and quality of life score were improved. Compared with control group, treatment group after medication, patients＇ serum albumin content, ratio of white/ ball, the TCM syndrome integral, quality of life scores were improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Zisheng Pill in the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type cirrhosis ascites has obvious therapeutic effect, and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
