摘要
目的研究羌菖合剂对结扎右侧颈总动脉大鼠脑损伤的防治作用及对部分生理生化指标的影响。方法结扎大鼠右侧颈总动脉造成右脑供血不足 ,测定右大脑组织含水量及大鼠血液常规、血清生化指标及血液流变性。对假手术组、结扎组与羌菖合剂组进行统计学检验比较。结果对照组大鼠脑组织水分含量明显高于假手术组 (P<0.05) ,羌菖合剂组脑水分明显低于对照组 (P<0.05)。对照组大鼠部分血细胞学、血清生化指标及血液流变性有异常改变 ,羌菖合剂可对抗这些改变 ,明显改善血液流变性(P<0.05)。结论羌菖合剂对结扎大鼠右侧颈总动脉造成的脑损伤有一定防治作用 ,并可防治其造成的血液生理生化改变 ,改善血液流变性。
Objective To study the effects of the decoction of Notopterygium incisium and Acorus gramineus(N_A_Dec) on the experimental cerebral ischemic rats and on some of their physiological and biological indexes.Methods The cerebral hemisphere ischemia was formed by ligating the right cervical artery of SD rats. The moisture contents of right cerebral hemisphere in every group of experimental rats were determined, and their blood cells, serum biochemistry and hemorrheological indexs were measured as well.Results The moisture contents in the control group (ischemia) were increased significantly than that in the false operated group (P<0.05),and those in the N_A_Dec group were evidently decreased than those in the controls (P<0.05).Some indexes of the blood cells, serum biochemistry and hemorrheology were abnormally changed in the control group, and the N_A_Dec could normalize these changes and improve hemo-mobility of the ischemic rats(P<0.05). Conclusions The N_A_Dec can prevent and cure cerebral ischemic damage in rats and it can normalize the physiological and biochemical changes induced by cerebral ischemia, and improve blood mobility.
