糖尿病足中西医结合护理

Introduction on Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing of Diabetic Foot

目的:通过回顾我院血管外科52例糖尿病足患者,根据辨证分型,进行相应的护理措施,使其重视日常足部护理,同时发挥其主观能动性,使其养成良好的正确习惯,避免其他危险因素。方法:选取本院血管外科2010—2011年糖尿病足湿热毒盛型患者52例,根据辨证施护给予相应的皮肤、饮食、疼痛、用药心理护理,血糖、感染控制方法及健康教育。结果:52例患者,通过中医辨证护理和中西医结合治疗,(按Wagner分级法)Ⅰ级患者9例溃疡面全部治愈;Ⅱ级患者27例溃疡面治愈15例,创口收敛12例;Ⅲ级患者12例创口收敛10例,好转2例;Ⅳ级患者4例好转2例,截肢2例。总有效率96.2%。结论:采用中医辨证护理及中西医结合治疗的方法,对溃疡愈合、降低截肢率起到了理想的效果。

Objective：Through the review of 52 patients with diabetic foot in our vascular surgery department and according to the dialectical classification, the corresponding nursing measures were carried on. At the same time, their subjective initiative plays an important role for forming good habits and avoiding other risk factors. Methods ： 52 patients with diabetic foot （ heat and damp type ） from vascular surgery of our hospital （ from 2010 to 2011 ） were given corresponding skin care, diet nursing, pain nursing, medication nursing, psychological nursing, method to control blood sugar and infection, and health education. Resuhs ： 52 patients, through the syndrome differentiation of TCM nursing and combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, the ulcer surface of level I （ by Wagner classification method ）,9 patients were all cured; the ulcer of level II （ 27 patients ）, 15 cases were cured and 12 cases had wound convergence; among 12 cases with III grade, the convergence was improved in 10 cases and 2 cases effective ; among 4 cases with IV level, 2 patients were improved and 2 cases had amputation. The total effective rate was 96.2%. Conclusion ： Using the method of syndrome differentiation of TCM nursing and combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment plays an ideal result in ulcer healing and amputation rate reducing.
