Based on the IgA nephropathy objective index as well as the early diagnosis, it discussed the relationship between TCM differentiation and clinical objective index as well as the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine to provide a basis for Chinese medicine or combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of IgA nephropathy.
