众多研究表明高同型半胱氨酸血症是心血管疾病独立的危险因子之一,对高同型半胱氨酸血症干预越来越受到重视,中医并无高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)的病名,但是对其相关疾病及病机有一定的认识,现代临床研究亦证明中医治疗高同型半胱氨酸血症有一定疗效,该文对高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)中医病因病机及治疗方面这一领域归纳及思考。

Numerous studies have shown that hyperhomocysteine （ HHcy ） is an independent risk factor cardiovascular disease （ CVD ）.The etiology and pathohensis of HHcy has been realized, although there is no exact name of the HHcy in traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） .The current clinical researches have confirmed that the TCM therapy is effective. This article mainly summarized and deliberated etiology, pathohensis and treatment of HHcy.
