摘要
目的研究局部振动对家兔血管紧张素Ⅱ和心钠素水平的影响。方法测定不同接振时间、接振强度的家兔血清血管紧张素Ⅱ和血浆心钠素浓度。结果接振组家兔血管紧张素Ⅱ和心钠素浓度较接振前及对照组增高 ,并随接振时间的延长增高更明显 (P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论局部振动可造成家兔血清血管紧张素Ⅱ和血浆心钠素浓度的增高 ,这种变化可能与振动性血管损伤有一定关系。
Objective To study the effects of local vibration on the concentrations of serum angiotensinⅡ(SAng Ⅱ)and plasma artial natrimetic polypeptide (PANP) in rabbits.Methods The concentrations of SAng Ⅱ and PANP were measured in rabbits with various vibration exposure duration and vibration power.Results Both concentrations of SAng Ⅱand PANP tend to increase after vibration exposure than those before exposure and in control group, which increased more obviously with prolonging of exposure duration and enhancing of vibration power(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusions The changes of concentrations of SAng Ⅱand PANP above must be related with vibration-induced vascular impairment.
