道家文化对大学生心理健康教育的启示

Taoist Culture′s Implication for College Students′ Mental Health Education

道家文化蕴涵着丰富的哲理思想,对人的心理健康调适具有显著作用。老子的"无为"和庄子的"逍遥"道理对人们的思想有很深的启发。针对当前很多大学生不健康的心理表现,建议把道家文化列入大学生心理健康课程体系,由辅导员和专任教师研究、宣扬优秀道家文化,以缓解大学生心理问题。

Taoist Culture endowed with rich meaning of philosophy is very useful to adjust people＇s mental health . Lao Zi＇s thought of“Inactivity” and Zhuang Zi＇s ideology of “Peripateticism” are able to enlighten people＇s minds . At present , many college students＇psychology is not healthy , so how to relieve psychological problems of college students is suggested to add Taoist Culture to Psychological Health Course . The instructors and full-time teachers is responsible for the research and propagation of Taoist Culture and use it to educate college students with psychological problems .
