摘要
针对细粒级尾矿脱水困难的问题,时某钼矿山尾矿浓缩脱水试验进行了分析研究。试验利用分级机先将尾矿分级,粗粒级尾矿用带式过滤机过滤,低浓度的细粒级尾矿经浓密机浓缩后用压滤机压滤,得到的滤饼全部干排,滤液循环利用。结果表明,该浓缩脱水工艺可应用于尾矿的高效浓缩脱水。
In view of the difficult dewatering problem of fine tailings, the experiment for tailings thickening and dewatering of a molybdenum mine was analyzed and studied. In the test, the tailings were classified by classifier, coarse tailing was dewatered by belt vacuum filter, and fine tailing was thickened by thickener then dewatered by pressure filter, the filtering cake was discharged and the filtrate was circulated to use. The test result shows that the dewatering process can be applied to high efficient thickening and dewatering of mine tailings.
