摘要
研制《教师培训项目工作规程》既是对教师培训项目进行规范化、科学化管理的重要手段,也是对教师培训项目实践经验的提炼和总结。通过教师培训项目流程及基本要求的研究与应用,提高教师培训项目的质量。
Developing ＂Working Regulation of Teacher Training Project＂ is both an important measure to carry out normal and scientific management toward teacher training projects and refinery and summary of practical experience of teacher training projects. Trainers can improve training quality through studying and applying procedures and basic requirement of teacher training projects.
