南疆地区农业优势产业的评价与选择

Evaluation and Selection of Dominant Agricultural Industries in Southern Xinjiang

基于比较优势原理,以农产品为信息载体,构建南疆地区农业产业评价体系,并以该体系对南疆地区及其内部各地州的农业产业的比较优势进行评价分析,进而从南疆整体和内部各地州两个层级,选择出农业优势产业。研究发现,南疆地区整体作为一个经济单元,在进行农业产业比较优势分析时,会受到个别地州极具优势农业产业的影响,导致分析结论产生偏差,因此在研究南疆地区农业经济问题时,将南疆地区以地州级行政区划作为经济单元更为科学。

Based on the principle of comparative advantage, using agricultural products as information carriers, we build an evaluation system of agricultural industrialization in southern Xinjiang, by which we evaluate and analyze comparative advantage in southern Xin- jiang and its internal parts on the state~ agricultural industry and then select agricultural industries from two levels： the whole southern Xinjiang and its internal regions. We find that treaing southern Xinjiang as a whole economic unit will be impacted by strong individual competitive advantage in the state~ agricultural industry, and lead to bias analysis. We conclude that it is more scientific to use the ground - state southern region as an economic unit - level administrative divisions to study agricultural economic issues in southern Xin- jiang.
