浅析高校辅导员的角色定位及工作方法

Simple Analysis of Role Definition and Working Procedure of College Instructors

高校辅导员是高校学生工作的骨干力量,辅导员工作的好坏决定了学生思想政治教育和日常管理的成败。本文从高校辅导员的四个角色定位和决定工作成效的三个基本要素,以及工作中应该注意的四个方面,分析了高校辅导员在工作中需要重视和把握好的一些问题,为辅导员履行好自己的工作职责,对推进其他工作的顺利开展将起到一定的促进作用。

Instructors play an extremely important role in work with student affairs in colleges and universities, their work determines the success or failure of students’ideological and political education as well as daily management. This paper analyzes some problems that need instructors’special attention from the standpoint of four role definitions, three basic elements and four aspects in instructors’work in order to help them effectively fulfil their duties and carry out other related work.
