人本主义理论背景下中小学教师培训课程体系的重构

摘要 人本主义强调人的内心世界的重要性,人本主义理论倡导以学生经验为中心的"有意义的自由学习观"。当前中小学教师培训的课程设置存在着从培训者出发、课程结构趋同、偏重理论课程、课程内容缺少整合、课程形式单一呆板等诸多问题。人本主义理论背景下的中小学教师培训,坚持以人为本的人本主义思想,从中小学教师的实际需求出发,合理建构课程结构,科学配置课程资源,有效整合课程内容,丰富课程培训方式,从而实现对中小学教师培训课程体系的重建。 Humanism stresses the importance of human internal world, advocates student-centered“meaningful free learning”. There are problems in current training curriculum for teachers, such as trainer-centered course arrangements, similar course structures, laying more emphasis on theories but less integration course contents as well as single and rigid form of course. Meanwhile, from the perspective of humanism, the faculty training sticks to people-oriented ideas, to meet teachers’actual needs, to properly construct the curriculum, to scientifically allocate the teaching resource, to efficiently integrate the course contents and to enrich the training methods so as to realize the reconstruction of the curriculum system for teacher training.
