摘要
虚拟企业能充分利用所有联盟企业的核心资源,具有适应市场的柔性和灵活性,显现出极强的竞争优势.本文分析了虚拟企业竞争优势的构成要素,探讨了虚拟企业竞争优势的形成机制.
The virtual enterprise can make full use of all alliance＇s core resources, and it has strong ability to adapt the market of the flexible and flexibility, thus created a strong competitive advantage and competitive- ness, so it is found that the formation mechanism of virtual enterprise competitive advantage is an important topic in today＇s academia concern. The existing literature is reviewed and the components of virtual enterprise competitive advantage are analyzed, and the formation mechanism of virtual enterprise competitive advantage is discussed.
