“桥头堡”战略背景下德宏高等职业教育与区域经济发展的相关性分析

A correlation analysis of higher vocational education and regional economic development in Dehong in the context of “Bridge Head”

对德宏2006年到2010年间的高等职业教育与区域经济发展相关性进行分析,发现此期间德宏的国内生产总值与高技能人才的数量供给、城镇居民现金收入与高职院校规模存在正相关关系,并且前者的相关性小于后者。研究结果表明区域内居民收入与居民对高等教育的投资水平是相互促进的。高等职业教育与区域经济的发展存在一定的不协调性,高职专业设置与区域经济的发展结构存在失衡现象。针对研究结果,进一步分析德宏高等职业教育存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了促进德宏高等职业教育与区域经济协调发展的政策建议。

This paper analyzes the correlation of higher vocational education and regional economic development in Dehong from the year 2006 to 2010, the survey shows that the GDP, the number of high-skilled talents and the incomes of urban residents positively correlate with the scale of development of higher vocational education. At the same time, the correlation of the former is smaller than the latter. The results show that while the levels of residents＇ incomes and higher education supplement and promote each other, there exists an incompatibility between higher vocational education and regional economic development, as well as an imbalance between program settings of higher vocational education and the developmental structure of regional economy. On the basis of the research data, the study further analyzes the existing problems of higher vocational education in Dehong, and puts forward policy-based suggestions to promoting the developments of the higher vocational education and regional economic development in Dehong.
