西方培训迁移评估模型述评 被引量:8

摘要 面对激烈的国际竞争,人力资源开发领域内的培训必须对企业产生切实有效的效果。然而,多种证据表明,组织培训并没有带来预期效果,这使得培训迁移成为人力资源开发领域急需解决的课题,同时,关于培训迁移的研究也大量涌现。因此,在阐释培训迁移及其存在问题的基础上,介绍几种具有代表性的培训迁移模型,包括:Kirkpatrick四级评估模型、Baldwin和Ford的培训迁移模型、Holton的培训评估模型,以及Tracey等人的培训迁移模型。
