论教师期望的有效传递 被引量:2

摘要 教师期望是一种教学理论,有众多的学者进行了大量研究。探讨了教师期望传递过程中的如学生背景、教师特点等主要影响因素,指出如果教师能够有意识地形成和使用教师期望,合理实施教学目标,倾注诚心和爱心,就能使之得到有效传递。
