EBZ135CT防突除尘掘进机是一种针对粉尘和瓦斯问题突出严重的中小断面半煤岩巷道开拓掘进而设计的新型综掘设备。该机型是集掘进机、多功能除尘装置和防突钻机于一体的新型综掘设备,对保护煤矿一线工人的人身安全和身体健康,提升煤矿安全作业具有极其重要的作用。第二运输机是与EBZ135CT掘进机相配套能够实现煤矿井下煤矸等散状物料快速转运的专用带式转载机。转载机集成了液压支撑器、减轻煤矿工人劳动强度、提升安全保障方面实现重大突破;皮带小车在后配套运输机上偏摆、移动灵活;转载机机身刚性好、减少机器的维护强度。第二运输机集成的液压支撑器,采用掘进机液压泵站作为动力源,在移动轨道时支撑转载机。在设计技术方面,采用了数字样机技术,通过构建虚拟样机,使设计验证减少对物理样机的依赖,提高了产品设计质量、降低产品开发成本及缩短产品开发周期。文章介绍了该新型转载机的结构组成和功能特点,阐述了第二运输机的安标定型检验和工业性试验的过程和试验效果。

EBZ135CT outburst prevention and dust removal road header is a new type excavating equip- ment designed for coal tunnel developing of the medium and small section semi-coal rock tunnel. The model is the collection machine multi-function dust removal device and outburst prevention drill in the integration of new comprehensive tunneling equipment, the protection of coal mine safety of front-line workers and physical health, improve coal mine safety operation is an extremely important role. The sec- ond conveyor is a special tape transfer machine supporting the EBZ135CT road header which can a- chieve the goal of the coal and cash rapid transit. Reproduced machine integrates hydraulic support to re- duce coal mine workers achieve a major breakthrough in the intensity of labor to improve security; Belt car in the deflection of form a complete set of transport planes mobile flexible ; Reprint fuselage rigid re- ducing the intensity of the machine maintenance. The second conveyer integration of hydraulic support, using boring machine hydraulic pump station as a power source, when moving track support reproduced machine. In design technology, digital prototype technology is adopted;by constructing virtual prototype, make a design validation to reduce dependence on physical prototype, improve the quality of the product design to reduce product development costs and shorten product development cycle. This paper briefly introduces the major components and features of the second conveyor, concentrates on the approval sur- vey, industrial test processes and testing results.
