摘要
[目的]研究杨树APETALA1基因的功能,为缩短林木育种周期及杨树成花机理的研究提供参考。[方法]以杨树为研究对象,构建植物表达载体,利用农杆菌介导法转化烟草叶盘,并对转基因烟草进行分子水平鉴定。[结果]杨树APETALA1基因已经整合入烟草基因组中,且转基因烟草比野生型提早开花。[结论]杨树APETALA1基因能促进转基因植株开花,为研究杨树成花机理奠定了基础。
[ Objective ] To find the gene functions of AP1 of Populus simonii × Populns rtigra and to lay the theoretical foundation for molecular regulation of floral meristem in poplar. [ Method] The AP1 genes were constructed in plant expression vector and transformed into tobaccos using agrobacterium-mediated procedure. Then, the transgenic tobaccos were identified by PCR. [ Result] The AP1 genes were integrated into the gehome of tobacco and the transgenie tobaccos all presented early flowering phenotype when comparing with the wild type tobacco. [ Conclusion ] The AP1 genes have a potentiality to promote early flowering in transgenie plants, and they lay the theoretical foundation for molecular regulation of floral meristem in poplar.
