济南市农村城镇化发展水平评价

Evaluation of Rural Urbanization Development Level of Jinan City

农村城镇化是生产力发展的内在要求,是实现城乡融合的通途。因此,评价农村城镇化发展水平显得尤为重要。该研究采用均方差决策权数法,以山东省济南市为例,构建了济南市农村城镇化发展水平评价指标体系,评价济南市农村城镇化发展水平。结果表明,济南市经济城镇化和社会生活城镇化发展呈显著上升态势,而人口城镇化要明显滞后于经济城镇化和社会生活城镇化。说明制约济南市经济发展的城乡二元结构仍没有得到改变,城乡一体化程度较低。只有统筹城乡经济发展,改变二元经济结构,才能实现全面建设小康社会的目标。

The rural urbanization is the inherent request for the development of productivity, and is the way to realize integration between urban and rural areas. Using variance weighting method, taking Jinan City of Shandong Province as a study case, this paper evaluated the urbanization development level of Jinan City through evaluation index system. The results showed that the urbanization of Jinan rural areas developed rapidly, in which urbanization in economics and social life was on a rise, but population urbanization was far behind urbanization in economics and social life. The constraints of the dual structure of urban and rural economic development failed to change. The level of urban and rural integration was rather low. In order to achieve the goal of building a well-off society, it is of overriding significance for China to change the dual structure of urban and rural economic development and integrate urban and rural development.
