摘要
分析研究型大学教师的教学水平(非教学研究)明显弱于教学型大学,而教学型大学教学效果却远不及前者的现状,以省属农林类大学农学类专业课程教学为例,探讨强调教师的教学技能培养和现代教学手段的使用在实际教学过程中的效果是否具有主导作用,笔者认为:教学效果可能并非由课堂教学质量决定,学生心态是否积极也同样为决定因素。
The teachers' teaching level of research university is obviously weaker than teaching university, but the present situation of teaching effect in teaching type university is far less than the former. With agronomy specialty course teaching of provincial agricultural university as an example, teachers' teaching skill training and usage of modern teaching aims whether have a leading role in practical teaching process was discussed. The results showed that the teaching effect may not be determined by the quality of classroom teaching, students' active mentality is also the determinant.
