摘要
为探讨高温条件对种猪繁殖性能的影响,实验通过对饲养在不同环境控制猪舍的两组种公猪在夏季温度超过33℃时的精液品质以及使用其精液对母猪人工受精后的受胎率进行跟踪比较。结果表明,两组不同饲养环境条件下的种公猪的精液品质在精液量方面差异有统计学意义(p<0.01),精子活力和精子密度方面差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。使用两组种公猪精液授精后母猪的受胎率差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。同时发现,公猪精液品质在遭受严重高温应激后恢复的时间较长,个别甚至在高温结束后的一个月后方能完全恢复。因此,在严重高温条件下在种公猪舍采取有效的降温措施是非常必要的。
For investigate the effect of high temperatures on the reproductive performance , experiments have been taken in tracing comparisons of semen quality of two groups of environmental controlled pig boars when the temperature exceeds 33℃, and the use of their semen for artificial insemination of sows .The results showed that the quality of boar semen under two different sets of envi-ronmental conditions in the breeding semen quantity was of significant difference (p<0.01), and sperm motility and sperm density difference were significant (p<0.05).After using two kinds of boar semen inseminated sows conception rate was also very significant differences (p<0.01).Also it was found that, in aspect of boar semen quality, after suffering severe heat stress, the recovery time was longer , and some individuals even taking a month before being fully restored after the end of the high temperature Therefore , under severe temperature conditions , effective cooling in the stud barn was very necessary .
