美国替代俄罗斯向欧盟供应天然气,靠谱儿吗

摘要
近些日子，由“克里米亚变局”所引发的“制裁”问题成了国际社会关注的一大焦点。3月26日，美国总统奥巴马在欧美峰会后的记者会上表示，美国准备向欧洲直接供应天然气，以降低欧盟国家对俄罗斯天然气的依赖性。这被视作欧美强化对俄罗斯制裁的一个准备动作。此前，欧荚已经对俄罗斯启动了一些制裁措施。
