摘要
江苏省是我国的经济强省之一,在工业化、城镇化和经济转型升级加速推进过程中,坚持统筹城乡协调发展是江苏省建设全面小康社会和基本实现现代化的必然要求。选取一组衡量区域城乡协调发展的评价指标,应用因子分析法构建区域城乡协调发展的评价模型,并运用该模型对江苏省13个地级市城乡协调发展水平进行测量和综合评价,提出相应的对策建议。
Jiangsu Province is one of the provinces which is famous for its economic powerful. During the process of industrialization, urbanization and economic transformation and update, overall planning the coordinated development of urban and rural areas is a necessity of building a well-off society in an all- round way and accomplishing modernization in Jiangsu Province. The paper selected a set of evaluation indexes and useed the factor analysis to build an evaluation model for regional urban and rural coordinated development. By applying this model to measure and evaluate the development level of urban and rural coordination of 13 cities of Jiangsu Province, this paper offersed a measurement and comprehensive evaluation, and some corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
