Development of French Agricultural Cooperatives and Its Implications for China

法国农业合作社十分发达,对法国成为欧洲农业强国和世界主要农产品出口国起到重要作用。在介绍法国农业合作社发展历程及现状的基础上,分析法国农业合作社的主要类型及特点,以及法国政府在农业合作社发展中的作用,最后,提出法国农业合作社发展对中国的启示。

The developed French agricultural cooperatives played a determining role for France to become one of the most important producers and exporters in both Europe and in the world. This paper firstly introduced the development history and current situation of French agricultural cooperatives, and then analyzed their main types and characteristics, as well as the role of the French government policy in the development of agricultural cooperatives. Finally, the authors put forward some policy implications for the development of agricultural cooperatives in China.
