韩国地方农协的现状与前景

Situation and Outlook of Local Agricultural Cooperative in Korean

中日韩等东北亚国家为了克服小农经济弊端,对协同组合的关注度越来越高。在国际金融市场急剧变化、广泛的自贸协定促进以及地方农协衰退等国内外大环境下,分析了韩国地方农协的发展过程、现状以及存在的问题,分别对合并论、品目组合育成论、联合组织论、地方综合中心论、结构问题与规模化/差别化战略等地方农协结构调整措施进行论述,提出切实可行的发展方向。

Recently interests are growing on the roles of the agricukural cooperatives to get over the small farming problems among northeast countries （Korea, China and Japan）. In this thesis, we had explored the development process of the Korean agricultural cooperatives, and analyzed current status and problems especially on the member cooperatives. They were confronting challenges of changes of international financial market system, and the Korean government＇s push of Free Trade Agreements with almost all of the major countries and the decline of the Korean regional agriculture from inside and outside. There were many discussions to get over the crisis of cooperatives members, such as merger plan, itemized cooperatives plan, marketing-agency in common plan, regional comprehensive center plan and structural problem with scale-differential strategy plan, and at last ,we pointed out the development direction.
