影响农民工职业认同的个性特征因素分析——基于佛山市南海区部分农民工的问卷调查

Personal Characteristics Impact Analysis of Peasant Workers for Their Professional Identity:Based on Survey of Some Peasant Workers from Nanhai Town in Foshan City

基于对广东省佛山市南海区284名外来农民工的问卷调查,通过方差分析,研究农民工的个性特征因素对其职业认同的影响程度。结果表明,与一般群体不同,农民工的受教育程度、经济收入水平、岗位层次和所在行业类型均对职业认同各维度存在不同程度的显著正向关系;而农民工的性别、年龄和婚姻状况对其职业认同的影响均未达到显著水平。因此,强化对农民工的人力资本投资、提高农民工的工资收入水平、优化农民工的人力资源生态、推进产业升级并改善农民工的工作环境和条件等,对于提高农民工职业认同具有积极作用,并可进一步推进农民工的市民化进程。

Based on the questionnaire survey of 284 peasant workers from Nanhai town of Foshan City in Guangdong Province, we analyzed the imparct of peasant worker personal characteristics for their profes- sional identity by the method of variance analysis. The result indicated that different from general popula- tion, the education level, income level, position level and industry types of peasant workers were significant positively to dimensions of professional identity to different extends. The sex, age and marital status were not significant to their professional identity. So, to improve the peasant workers professional identity, push the process of peasant workers urbanization, We should strengthen the human resource investment, increase the income, enhance the industrial upgrading, and perfect their human resource management and work environment
