The Network Economy and the Transformation and Upgrading of Processing Trade in China

我国加工贸易转型升级进入攻坚阶段,应充分利用现代网络经济对传统产业进行彻底改造。为此,要确立网络经济拉动战略,制定网络经济发展政策;加强网络基础设施建设,整合各种网络资源;确保信息公信力,形成安全、高效的网络经济保证系统;加大网络经济拉动转型升级的资金扶持;打造品牌,推广网络经济平台应用;推进产、学、研、校、政、企实现战略合作。

The transformation and upgrading of processing trade of China has entered a crucial moment now; we should thoroughly transform the traditional industries with the help of network economy. So, we should, first, confirm the driving role of network economy and formulate the development strategy of network economy： second, we should strengthen infrastructure of network and integrate all sorts of network resources; third, we should guarantee the credibility of information and form the safe and high efficient guarantee system for network economy; fourth, we should increase capital support for network economy in driving the transformation and upgrading~ fifth, we should build brand and promote the application of network economic platform; and sixth, we should promote the strategic cooperation among enterprises, universities and research institutes and cooperation among universities, governments and enterprises.
