页岩气作为天然气的一个特殊品种,其开发成为重要方向,对天然气、原油和煤炭等能源需求格局将产生重要影响,如减少原油和天然气需求,增加原油供给,煤炭价格下跌。我国发展页岩气,要加强科技攻关和装备国产化,努力实现低成本开采;加大政府扶持力度,尽快出台财政、税收等激励政策;加强环境保护特别是地下水的环境保护,实现页岩气开采利用的可持续发展。

The development of shale gas, a special natural gas, is the important direction： and it will have the important impact on the demand of energy, such as natural gas, crude oil and coal. If we reduce the demand of crude oil and natural gas and increase the supply of crude oil, the price of coal will be reduced. In developing shale gas in China, we should, first, strengthen the role of science and technology in tackling hard-nut problems and the localization of equipment and work hard to realize exploiting with low cost; second, we should strengthen government support, introduce the incentive policies in terms of finance and taxation as soon as possible： and third, we should strengthen environment protection, especially the protection of underground water, to realize the sustainable development of shale gas exploitation.
