梧州市区小学生口腔健康教育效果评价 被引量:12

Impact evaluation of oral health education program among primary school students in Wuzhou

摘要 目的了解小学生口腔卫生知识行为现状,并评价健康教育效果,为开展小学生口腔健康教育提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,抽取梧州市市区20所小学二年级在校学生1 304名进行为期1个月的口腔健康教育,以问卷调查方式评价健康教育效果。结果健康教育后,除引起龋齿和牙龈出血的原因外,小学生的口腔卫生知识知晓率与健康教育前比较差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);口腔卫生行为如每天刷牙2次、选用含氟牙膏和正确刷牙方法的持有率比健康教育前分别提高了10.76,17.73和8.41百分点,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论应将口腔健康教育作为小学生健康教育工作重点之一,以提高小学生的口腔健康水平。 Objective To evaluate the effect of oral health education program among primary school students in Wuzhou, and to provide basic information for oral health education. Methods By using cluster sampling method, a total of 1 304 grade 2 students from 20 primary schools in Wuzhou were selected. A questionnaire survey was conducted before and after one-month oral health education. Results After oral health education, correct rate improved significantly except causes of tooth decay and gum bleeding. The awareness of oral health increased from 10.75% to 31.29% (P〈0.05 ). Oral health behaviors such as the use of tooth paste containing fluoride, toothbrush at least twice a day and brush teeth up and down increased 17.73%, 10.76% and 8.41%, respectively. Conclusion The results highlight the importance of the integration of oral health promotion in all aspects of the school routine health education, in order to improve the oral health among primary school students.
