摘要
目的分析初中住宿学生的心理健康状况和心理问题类型,为探讨住宿环境对学生心理健康的影响提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样法,对昭通市1 128名住宿与非住宿初中生心理健康状况及心理问题类型报告率之间的差异进行比较。结果住宿生在自责倾向上和恐怖倾向上得分均低于非住宿生(P值均<0.05),总体心理健康状况及其余各维度得分两组学生间差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);住宿学生较非住宿学生学习能力低、学习焦虑等心理问题的报告率较高(P值均<0.05)。结论住宿环境对初中学生心理健康水平影响不大。应加强住宿学生自责、恐怖倾向以及学习方面的辅导。
Objective To investigate mental health status among junior boarding school students and to explore possible effects of boarding on mental health. Methods A total of 1128 junior boarding school students were selected through random clus- tering method. Mental health status and problems were compared between boarding students and non-boarding students. Results Self-accusation tendency among boarding students were lower than those of non-boarding students; phobic tendency among male boarding students were lower than those of non-boarding students. There was no significant difference between boarding and non- boarding students in general mental health and other domains of mental health. General mental health of girls was lower than boys. Boarding students reported more problems on academic learning, academic anxiety and excessive concern on sex than those of non- boarding peers. Conclusion Boarding school has little effect on mental health of students, however, it should be encouraged to recognize and pay more attention to the mental health issues among boarding school students.
