作为一种发展视角,参与式发展应用到贫困村扶贫中产生了积极的效果。参与式发展理念与技术正在经历解构与重新认识并建构的过程。通过与贫困地区发展政策的融合,其在不断地适应我国贫困村的政策环境与社会现实。

To support the poor, participatory development has been applied to the poverty villages and had a positive effect. Its concept and the related technology is experiencing deconstruction and recon- struction. And it is gradually adapting to the policies for the development of poverty regions.
