野战医疗所战备库房信息化管理系统的研制

Development of Information Management System of Combat Readiness Warehouse for Field Clinics

针对野战医疗所战备库房运行和管理的特殊性,研制了基于射频识别技术的信息化管理系统,实现了应急状态下医疗物资的快速出入库、定位查询和盘点以及医疗设备的计量质控、维修保养。同时,该系统的应用还实现了药品、耗材的自动周期性养护提醒功能,解决了医疗物资应急保障快速性和日常养护及时性的矛盾,保证了战备医疗物资始终处于最佳待用状态,提高了野战医疗所的应急反应能力。

According to the particularity of operation and management of combat readiness warehouse for field clinics, the information management system based on radio frequency identification technology was developed. The fast warehousing and delivering of medical supplies from warehouse, fast locating query and inventory of medical supplies as well as routine quality control and maintenance of medical devices have been implemented while the automatic and periodic maintenance reminding for medicines and medical consumables has also been implemented with the application of the system. Thus the contradiction between speediness and timeliness of emergency supplies has been solved, which will guarantee emergency supplies can stay at warehouse with the best inactive state so that the emergency response capability of field clinics can be improved.
