摘要
针对医院血液透析室在仪器设备管理中存在的问题,提出在血透室设立专职仪器护师,全面负责血液透析室仪器设备的维护保养,促进血液透析室仪器管理的标准化、科学化、制度化、现代化。
Aiming to problems existing in hemodialysis equipment management of hospital, this paper proposes to appoint a full-time equipment nurse in charge of hemodialysis equipment maintenance to make the management scientific and standardized, institutionalized and modernized.
