摘要
目的探讨以电子病历(EMR)为核心的麻醉临床信息管理系统的应用效果。方法对比实施麻醉临床信息系统前后我院麻醉科医护人员的工作流程和工作效率。结果应用麻醉临床信息系统可生成手术麻醉EMR,改变了麻醉文书手写的记录方式。结论该系统的应用提高了麻醉科医护人员工作效率,实现了麻醉医疗文档管理信息化。
Objective To explore the application effect of the clinical anesthesia information management system which regards electronic medical record as its core component in our hospital. Methods To compare the working process and working efficiency of medical staff in anesthesia department before and after using the clinical anaesthesia information management system. Results Anesthesia electronic medical records can be generated with the application of the system, which has changed the handwritten way of recording anesthesia documents. Conclusion The work efficiency of medical staff in anesthesia department has been improved with the application of the system, which has achieved management informatization of anesthesia medical documents.
