基于灰色预测技术和可拓控制方法的电力系统稳定器 被引量:5

摘要 由于现代电力系统所具有的非线性特性以及工况的时变性使得采用各种线性和非线性控制方法设计的电力系统稳定器无法获得令人满意的控制效果,为此提出基于灰色预测技术和可拓控制策略设计电力系统稳定器。该控制器结合了灰色预测技术"事前控制"和可拓控制方法不要求建立精确数学模型、实时性好的优点,能够更好地抑制低频振荡,改善电力系统的稳定性。以多机系统为对象的仿真研究表明,与常规电力系统稳定器和只采用可拓控制的电力系统稳定器相比,基于灰色预测的可拓电力系统稳定器具有更好的控制效果。 As the applications of PSS(Power System Stabilizer) based on classic linear/nonlinear control in nonlinear and time-varying modern power system are really non-satisfying,the PSS based on grey prediction technology and extension control strategy is proposed,which combines the "prior control" of grey prediction and the real-time performance of extension control without precise mathematical model to effectively suppress low-frequency oscillation and improve system stability.The simulative results of a multi-machine system show that,compared with the traditional PSS or the PSS based on extension control,it has better control effect.
