摘要 计算机和网络等现代媒体技术的发展,使得传统听力教学中缺乏自然输入这一难题正在被破解。但能否有效利用这些先进的教学媒介和环境很大程度上取决教师的现代教育技术素养。教师被视为成功结合现代技术与外语教学的关键因素。本研究从外语教育技术学习理念和信息传播的意识、教学媒体和教育技术选择和整合能力、现代教育技术背景下不同教学方法和策略的选择与优化等方面,对鄂西北地方高校英语听力教师现代教育技术的素养进行评估,通过访谈形式深入了解制约听力教师现代教学技术应用水平的因素,并对提高地方高校听力教师现代教育技术应用水平提出了若干构想。 The development of modern media technology especially computer and network has been making the lack of natural input solved in traditional listening teaching. But it depends largely on teachers' qualities of modern educational technology concerning whether these advanced teaching media and environment are employed effectively. Teachers are regarded as the fatal factor to integrate the modern educational technology to foreign language teaching. Based on the concept of foreign language learning, the consciousness of informational transportation and the selection and optimization of different methods and strategies under the background of modem educational technology, this study mainly assesses the qualities of college English teachers of listening teaching from northwest of Hubei province on modem educational technology in the form of questionnaires and interviews. It deeply gets to analyze the factors which hold off the teachers' practical proficiency on modern teaching technology meanwhile puts forward some pieces of advice on improving the teachers' practical skills in local universities.
