本文对典籍英译中的边缘化译者进行了界定,举例探讨边缘化译者顾绶昌先生的作品,对其影响力进行测评并分析其边缘化的原因。边缘化译者对我国典籍英译事业做出了贡献,应该得到人们更广泛的关注并且值得进一步研究。

This paper gives a definition of the marginalized translators in the translation of Chinese classics into English. It takes Gu Shouchang as an example of study and analyses the reasons why he is marginalized although he makes great contribution to the translation of Chinese classics. Marginalized translators contribute to the translation studies and should be paid more attention and further research.
