摘要 本研究以西北地区4所地方二本院校108名长期从事大学公共英语教学的教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查,从教师的专业态度和职业满意度、科研参与意识和科研环境、实践认知、专业发展环境以及专业意向和自我规划等五方面研究分析了地方二本院校大学英语教师专业发展的现状及存在的问题。 This study chooses 108 college English teachers who are from 4 local colleges in the northwest of China as the research object. Through questionnaire survey, we mainly studied and analyzed the current situation of their professional development from the following five aspects: teachers professional attitude and career satisfaction, teachers' participation of scientific research and scientific research environment, teachers' practical cognitions, environment of professional development as well as teachers' professional self-direction and self-planning.
