以培养批判性思维为导向的POCA大学外语教学模式

摘要 如何在大学外语公共课的教学过程中培养学生的批判性思维能力,这仍然是一个亟待展开的重要课题。本文在批判性思维内涵、量具研究和对我国大学外语教学批判性思维培养的现状分析之上,结合多年的教学实践,探索出有利于培养学生的批判性思维POCA大学外语教学模式,该模式在很大程度上提高了学生的批判性思维能力。 How to develop students'critical thinking skills effectively in College English teaching is still an important project which calls for urgent study. Based on a review of the connotation and evaluation of critical thinking skills as well as an analysis of the current situation of students'critical thinking skills in College English teaching, the paper proposes a new teaching model POCA (Presentation-Online communication-Cooperative teaching and learning-Assessment)after years of teaching experience. The proposed teaching model, to a large degree, helps develop students'critical thinking skills.
