脑血管痉挛活体动物模型 被引量:2

摘要 脑血管痉挛是蛛网膜下腔出血后的常见并发症。对人体脑血管痉挛进行活体观察是不可能的 ,活体动物模型因此而建立。其方法包括 :刺破动脉使血液聚集在其周围 ;外科暴露动脉并抽取其他部位血液注入其周围 ;抽取其他部位血液注入蛛网膜下腔并聚集于动脉周围。大部分为颅内血管模型 ,颅外血管模型较少。颅外模型容易建立 ,但在生理上与颅内动脉存在差异。
