对首都医科大学附属北京中医医院外用传统软膏剂紫色消肿膏的主要成分、药理机制进行介绍和分析。并对紫色消肿膏的有效化学成分、制药基质、剂型、质量标准、药理作用进行探讨。为中医外用药的临床应用提供理论依据。经过临床使用,紫色消肿膏确实为有效、安全的传统外用软膏剂。

To introduce and analyze the main components and the pharmacological mechanisms of the Purple swelling cream made by Beijing Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University. To explore the effect of chemical compositions, the pharmaceutical matrixes, the dosage forms, the quality standards and the pharmacological mechanisms of the purple swelling cream. Our study indicates that the clinical practice of the purple swelling cream provide an important oretical basis for the clinical applications of the Traditional Chinese Medicine for external use ointment, which is effective and safe.
