老年男性血清睾酮浓度及骨矿含量关系的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探索健康老年男性血清睾酮浓度与骨矿物质含量 (BMC)的关系。  方法 用放免法对 36 4例健康老年男性进行睾酮测定 ,并用单光子吸收法测定前臂BMC ,并用同地区 10 4例健康青年男性作为对照组。  结果  随年龄增加骨矿含量也相应增加 ,达峰值后BMC随年龄递减 ,年龄与BMC之间的相关有统计学意义 (P<0 0 1,r =0 2 30 5 ) ,血清睾酮与前臂BMC有明显相关关系 (P <0 0 1,r =0 16 75 )。  结论 老年男性骨质疏松的发生。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the concentration of serum testosterone and bone mass(BMC)on the old men. Methods Using RIA to measure the concentration of serum testosterone and using SPA to measure the BMC on 364 healthy old men and 104 younger healthy controls. Results With age increasing,BMC was also increased.After reaching to peak of BMC,BMC was decreased with age.Age was significantly related with BMC( P <0 01, r =-0 2305).The level of serum testosterone was significantly related with BMC( P <0 01, r =0 1675). Conclusions The occurrence and development of osteoporosis in old men were significantly related to the level of serum testosterone.
