摘要
设计了一种采用虚拟仪器技术的某型导弹舵机传动机构性能测试系统。利用LabVIEW 2010作为系统开发平台,分析了PCI-6251数据采集卡组成的测控单元硬件组成,在此基础上设计了由MES系统远程服务器数据库构成的测试系统软件。系统实现了数据采集、数据分析、数据存储和数据传输等功能。实际测试表明,此系统操作简单、界面友好、自动化程度较高,体现了测试系统的实用性。
A type of missile rudder performance testing system based on virtual instrument was designed in this paper . LabVIEW 2010 was used as system software development platform .The hardware of this system which including a meas-urement and control unit consisting of a PCI-6251 data acquisition card was analyzed .On this basis ,the software of this testing system consisting of a database on the remote server of a MES system was designed .Some functions were a-chieved ,such as data acquisition ,data analysis ,data storage ,data transmission and so on .This system has been used in project .it was indicated that the operation of this system is simple ,the interface of this system software is friendly ,the degree of automation is excellent ,it was also approved that this testing system meet the requirements of the project with highly practicability .
