基于粗糙集的家庭用电评估指标体系约简方法研究

摘要 居民家庭电能管理是智能电网中智能用电环节的出发点和落脚点。针对目前家庭电能管理所面临的缺少完整的指标体系、重要指标不能量化、评估结果不够客观等问题,提出了一种基于粗糙集理论的家庭用电评估指标体系评价模型,为居民家庭电能管理提供了参考依据。采用数据统计和数据挖掘方法,设计了家庭电能效率评估的初步指标体系;利用粗糙集理论属性约简方法确定指标重要度,并对指标体系进行了指标筛选;以结果集和隶属度函数为依据构建"优度"评价模型,得出了指标体系优选模型。通过对真实家庭用电数据的处理以及电能效率评估,验证了该模型的正确性。 Household electric energy management is the starting point and the foothold of intelligent electricity which is part of the smart grid .In the light of it is facing the lack of index system ,complete important index cannot be quantified , the evaluation results are not objective enough problems ,this paper put forward a kind of household electricity evaluation index and system evaluation model based on rough set theory to provide reference for the household electrical energy man-agement .This paper uses data statistics and data mining method to design a preliminary index system of home energy effi-ciency assessment ;and through make use of attribute reduction method to determine index ,at last ,based on result set and degree of membership function to built "goodness" evaluation model to get the indicator system optimization model . Through processing and energy efficiency evaluation on real household electricity data ,verifies the correctness of the mod-el .
