摘要
:[目的 ]比较羟肟酸铁比色法与改良的Ellman法测定全血胆碱酯酶活性的相关性。 [方法 ]随机抽取非有机磷农药接触者 40名 ,无中毒临床表现的有机磷农药接触者 18名和有机磷农药中毒者 2 2名 ,分别以两种方法测定全血胆碱酯酶活性 ,对收集的数据进行相关性分析。 [结果 ]三组人群以两种方法测定的全血胆碱酯酶活性均有相关性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,相关程度以后两组高 (r值分别为 0 81和 0 80 )。 [结论 ]两种方法测定全血胆碱酯酶活性在接触和中毒病人中有较高的相关性 ,均可用作有机磷农药中毒的诊断依据 。
Objective] This study is to evaluate the correlation between ferrous hydroximic acid colorimetric method and revised Ellman method for measuring the activity of cholinesterase in blood. [Methods] Randomly,40 persons without exposure to organic phosphate,18 and 22 persons exposed to organic phosphate without and with clinic manifestation,respectively were selected to determine the activity of cholinesterase in blood by two methods,the data were used to analyze the correlation between two methods. [Results] Among the three groups,the levels of blood cholinesterase measured by the two methods presented the significant correlation ( P <0 05),especially between the two exposed groups ( r =0 81 and 0 80). [Conclusion] The two methods are helpful for making a diagnosis of organophosphorous pesticides exposure or poisoning. Ferrous hydroximic acid colorimetric method is preferred to be used in the primary clinics.
