摘要
目的 Ⅱ型糖尿病与其并发脑血管病的关系、临床特点及治疗方法.方法 分析50例2型糖尿病并发脑血管病患者的临床资料.结果 急性脑出血10例（20％）,脑梗死40例（80％）;合并血脂异常47例（94％）,合并高血压30例（60％）,在接受治疗后多数患者都取得了良好的临床疗效,血糖都得到了良好的控制.结论 对2型糖尿病患者进行血糖、血压和血脂干预,降低脑血管病的发作,有着极高的临床价值.
Objective II diabetes concurrent with the relationship between cerebrovascular disease, clinical characteristics and treatment methods. Methods Analysis of the fifty cases of type 2 diabetes and cerebrovascular disease clinical material. Result Acute cerebral hemorrhage 10 cases （20%）, cerebral infarction and cases （80%）; Merge dyslipidemia 47 patients （94%）, combined with high blood pressure 30 cases （60%）, in the majority of patients after treatment has made good clinical curative effect, blood sugar have been good control. Conclusion In patients with type 2 diabetes blood sugar, blood pressure and blood fat intervention, reduce the onset of cerebrovascular disease, have a high clinical value.
